Kenneth Morgan

Have been involved in different aspects of real estate development for over 27 years.  During this time, Ken have served as the Executive Director of an organization that renovated a historic mixed-use building inclusive of office space, a theater, and ballroom.  Also, served as President of a community development corporation that was engaged in commercial and housing development.

Additionally, Ken have worked as a consultant to assist other development corporations in project planning and to acquire non-conventional financing for various retail and mixed-use real estate development projects.

As an attorney, have assisted in the sale of residential real estate being offered by individuals or through decedent estates and in October 2008, Ken became an associate of RE/MAX in Cancun, Mexico where his wife and him serve as pastors of a church.
