El Caracol Lot is a land of 100Hetares (One hectare = 10,000 sq. meters).  This lot is located between Playa del Carmen Playa del Carmen and Tulum, two of the most highly desirable cities in the Riviera Maya. (Playa del Carmen, which is 42 miles from Cancun, is the fastest growing city in Latin America). 

The Use of Land already permits 400 condos or 1000 hotel rooms (exchange rate 2.5) in between the highway and the beach, and 2,000 houses across the road. Plus the comercial areas that are next to the highway in both sides.

The lot is subdivided in three fractions, two of 25 hectares with 125 meters of  beach front each, and one of 50 hectares with 250 meters of beach front. 

That the buyer of this land can have the amount of the purchase price put in escrow in a U.S. bank, to pay a 5 USD million mortage, and free the remaining ammount until a Title Insurance is granted by the company of his election.
